General Return Policy:
If you would like to make a return, you must call our Customer Care Center directly at (800) 308-5518 within the first 30 days of purchase. From there we will provide you with an authorization number for your reference. You will then be given instructions to send back the return products. 

We will not process return products that do not have an authorization number, refused shipments, or orders marked “Return to Sender.” 

Products must be returned in their proper packaging with either a copy of the original invoice or packing slip in order to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.
