PectaSol¨ Professional Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) is a low molecular mass pectin extracted

from the pith of citrus fruit peels, which undergo a precise process using a combination of pH,

enzymatic, and heat modification to reduce the molecular weight for optimal absorption into
